Protegrity Advisors Welcomes Stewart Wicht, Former President and CEO of Rolex Watch USA, to Advisory Board

Protegrity Advisors, a leading M&A advisory firm with offices in New York and South Carolina, is pleased to announce the addition of Stewart Wicht to its Advisory Board. Stewart, a dual Swiss/British national residing in Geneva, Switzerland, brings over 40 years of international business experience to the Board, having held a range of roles across many regions. Born in London and raised there and in Pakistan and India, Stewart was educated in the United Kingdom. He began his career in the packaging and cosmetics industries before joining Montres Rolex SA in 1975 as an assistant to the Director of Marketing, the nephew of the company’s founder.

Wicht’s illustrious career at Rolex spanned more than three decades. He established the Trademarks and Domain Names Department and held several significant commercial roles, including Area Sales Manager and Vice President, overseeing markets in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and North and South America. In 2011, he was appointed President and CEO of Rolex Watch USA, a position he held until his retirement in December 2018.

“Stewart is a wonderful addition to our Advisory Board,” said Gregg Schor, CEO of Protegrity Advisors. “As our reach has become increasingly global and we engage in more cross-border M&A transactions, having someone with Stewart’s depth of international business experience and European presence is incredibly valuable.

President of Protegrity Advisors, Mark Pollack added, “Stewart’s extensive network, profound understanding of international markets, and strategic insight will greatly enhance our ability to deliver exceptional value to our clients.”

Wicht’s expertise in establishing and managing key departments at Rolex demonstrates his ability to drive organizational growth and efficiency, which will be invaluable to Protegrity’s clients. His role in overseeing sales and operations across multiple continents provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the nuances and challenges of global business, allowing him to offer strategic advice tailored to the specific needs of clients involved in cross-border M&A transactions.

Wicht commented, “I am very excited to join such an esteemed and proactive Advisory Board. I look forward to collaborating with the other board members, Protegrity’s team, and its clients, and contributing in any way I can.”
