Welcoming Dustin D. McKinley as Financial Analyst
Protegrity is pleased to welcome Mr. Dustin D. McKinley to its team as a Financial Analyst. With over a decade of extensive experience in finance and accounting, Dustin joins Protegrity with a wealth of knowledge gained from roles within international distributors and niche manufacturers.
Dustin’s previous position as a Senior Financial Analyst at Henry Schein [NASDAQ: HSIC], where he made significant contributions to the company’s financial success over five years, underscores his expertise and experience in the field.
In his role at Protegrity, Dustin serves as a core member of the financial modeling and analysis team, focusing on meticulously analyzing client financials across diverse industries. He excels in identifying EBITDA adjustments and crafting financial models which are in line with the expectations of strategic and private equity buyers and which service to credibly maximize client valuations.
Additionally, Dustin adeptly manages the due diligence process, ensuring the smooth flow of information and guiding clients and their advisors during this critical phase of a transaction.
Dustin holds an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business and a B.A. from Stony Brook University, further solidifying his educational foundation and practical expertise.

Promotion of Joshua Valentino to Transaction Manager
Protegrity Advisors proudly announces the promotion of Joshua Valentino to the role of Transaction Manager, effective immediately. Joshua’s elevation to this position reflects his exceptional contributions and unwavering dedication to our clients.
In his new capacity, Joshua will oversee all facets of Protegrity transactions, He has played a pivotal role in preparing private companies for sale, consistently delivering unparalleled service to clients.
As an integral member of Protegrity’s M&A team, Joshua has been instrumental in analyzing and researching potential strategic targets, including public and private companies and private equity firms. His insights into market trends and industry valuation factors have consistently driven successful outcomes for clients.
Joshua’s responsibilities also include coordinating external legal, accounting, and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction process for every client. Additionally, he provides critical support for ongoing deals, managing the due diligence process and assisting with the drafting of teasers and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs).
With a background as a corporate lawyer, Joshua brings a unique perspective to his role at Protegrity, enriching the quality and depth of services provided to clients. He is a graduate of Adelphi University and the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
